H. Keith Botsch, CPA is a 1973 graduate of Carmi High School. He earned an associate's degree from Southeastern Illinois College in 1975 and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Southern Illinois University in 1977. After working for public accounting firms in Evansville, Harrisburg and Carmi, he started his own firm in 1983. Keith performs auditing, tax, and business development services in the two offices of the firm. He is a member of the AICPA, Illinois CPA Society, Indiana CPA Society, White County Economic Development Group, Carmi Kiwanis Club, Carmi Elks Lodge, and First Christian Church of Carmi. He is a past president of White County Hospital Board of Directors, Carmi Kiwanis Club, and Carmi Chamber of Commerce. Keith is married to Vicky Botsch. They have three daughters, Lindsay, Katelyn and Madison, and one son, Ryan.

Arlynne Davis, CPA, lived in Carmi and worked for Botsch and Associates, CPA's, LLC for 23 years as a Senior Manager of the firm's audit practice.  In 2010, Arlynne left the firm and spent the next several years expanding her knowledge of governmental auditing in Charleston, SC and Savannah, GA.  In April 2017, Arlynne re-joined the firm as audit manager and is enjoying reuniting with past audit clients and getting to know our new ones.  

Arlynne's specialty is in the governmental and not for profit accounting and audit industry and enjoys the diversity and challenges she meets with clients and ever-changing regulatory environment.  Arlynne's experience with clients ranging from small townships and villages to the large cities, counties, and school boards, allows her to customize audit practices to meet a client's need in a professional and efficient manner.  She believes the continued success and growth of Botsch and Associates is directly related to the personal attention each and every client receives from the team.  

Away from the office, Arlynne enjoys family time, culinary challenges, boating and "shelling", crafting, volunteering for church and children, and reading mystery novel.

Arlynne is a member of the AICPA, and the Illinois, Georgia, and South Carolina Societies of CPA's.

Kent Armstrong, CPA, joined Botsch and Associates, CPA's in July, 2008 after working for CPA firms in Evansville, Indiana. He earned a B.A. in Philosophy from Illinois College in 1982, and a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Accountancy from the University of Southern Indiana in 2007. Prior to entering the accounting field, Kent had many years of experience in production agriculture and ag related businesses. He is a member of the AICPA, the Illinois CPA society, and the Carmi Rotary Club. Kent resides near Crossville, Illinois. Kent currently serves as the chief of the Crossville Fire Department and was a former board member of the Coal Belt Fire Protective Association. He is also a former scoutmaster and assistant scoutmaster, and was a Life scout. 

Tom Logan joined Botsch and Associates, CPA's in October, 2001. He is a 1974 graduate of Eastern Illinois University. Tom is President of the Carmi Rotary Club and the First United Methodist Men. He is married to the former, Sherri Roser and they have one son, Josh and one daughter, Lindsey.

Mary Gillard is originally from Albion, Illinois.  Mary graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor of Accounting and Professional Service and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  In 2015, Mary passed all four parts of the CPA exam.  She began working for Botsch & Associates in July 2006.  Mary is an avid Chicago Bears Fan. She resides in Carmi, IL.

Hannah Howard joined Botsch and Associates, CPA's, in August, 2015. She is a 2011 graduate of Carmi-White County High School. Prior to entering the accounting field, she worked as the Retail Sales Manager of a local bank. Hannah resides in Carmi and is a member of Crossroads Bible Chuch and the Carmi Kiwanis Club. She enjoys painting, reading, and riding motorcycles.
