Dawana Edmonds joined Botsch & Associates, CPA's, in October, 2000.   Dawana is a Senior Staff Accountant, with 25 years with our firm and 18 plus year prior in the banking business. Dawana resides in New Haven, Illinois with her husband, Kevin Edmonds. They enjoy spending time with their daughter Katlyn and watching their granddaughter Jada Hatton play softball. Dawana enjoys crafting, reading, and the beach is her favorite place to go. 

Cari Ginder joined Botsch and Associates, CPA's in May, 2002. She graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in May, 2002 with a bachelor's degree in accounting. Cari is a member of Cowling Free Methodist Church. She is married to Kyle Ginder and resides in Carmi, Illinois. She enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and reading.

Mary Gothard joined Botsch and Associates, CPA's in July, 2019. She graduated from Murray State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Mary is married to Troy Gothard and is a member of Ashland Christian Church in Mill Shoals, IL.

Julie joined Botsch & Associates, CPA’s in March 2009.  She is a graduate of Southern Illinois University-Carbondale.  Julie resides in Carmi and enjoys spending time with her two adult children, Drew & Sydney.  Julie also enjoys walking and being around her friends and family.  She is a member of The Roads Church in Norris City.     

Kristen Michels joined Botsch and Associates, CPA's in January, 2011. She is a 2007 graduate of Edwards County High School. She graduated from Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville in December, 2010 with a Bachelor's Degree in Science in Accounting. Resides in Carmi during tax season (January through April) and Hawaii the rest of the year. She has a daughter Jemma.

Jason joined Botsch and Associates, CPA's in October 2017. Jason has an associate degree in Information Technology along with 15 years of IT and computer experience.

Bailey joined Botsch and Associates, CPA's in June, 2021 as an intern. In January, 2024, she started with us as a full-time Staff Accountant. She graduated with her Bachelor's degree and MBA from Brescia University in May 2023. Her next step is to study and sit for the CPA exams. Bailey resides in McLeansboro, IL and is a member of Bankston Fork Baptist Church.

Jennifer Vaught joined Botsch and Associates, CPA’s, in July, 2016. Jennifer is a Senior Staff Accountant. She is a graduate of Centralia High School. Jennifer resides in Mill Shoals, Illinois with her husband, Troy Vaught, who is a self-employed farmer. They have two children, Zach and Haley. Jennifer is a member of Ashland Christian Church in Mill Shoals. Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, church functions, and collecting antiques.

Michelle Weaver joined Botsch & Associates, CPA's, in April, 1995. She is a Senior Staff Accountant. She is a 1988 graduate of Carmi Community High School. She has two children, Katelyn and Justin.

Jessica Whitaker joined Botsch & Associates, CPA’s in January, 2021. She graduated from Gallatin County High School in 2000 before moving on to Western Illinois University. Prior to joining us here, Jessica worked at Martin & Bayley’s corporate office for twelve years in the accounting and marketing departments. Jessica resides in Carmi and enjoys spending her free time with her family, exploring nature, and listening to live music.

Ashley Webb joined Botsch and Associates, CPA’s in May, 2017. She is a 2008 graduate of Hamilton County Sr. High School. Prior to joining our team, she worked at People’s National Bank in McLeansboro as a bank teller. Ashley resides in McLeansboro with her husband, Darin, and their daughters, Kaleigh and Jayde. Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out, and shopping.

Logan Wimberly joined Botsch & Associates, CPA’s, in September 2024 as a tax accountant. He is a 2019 graduate of Odin High School in Odin, IL. Logan graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree in Science in Accounting and MAcc from Southern Illinois University of Carbondale in August 2024. His next goal is to obtain his CPA license. Logan enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, hunting, and going to classic car shows.
